yeah i was thinking of doing that for lunch today. since i have tomatoes and cucumbers coming out of me ears from my garden........
i'm going to flip somethings the next 2 weeks. football practice is from 5:30-7:30 so i am going to eat dinner at 4:30ish then have a snak 3 hours later. i don't like eating dinner at 8:30 and then by the time i clean up it's 9.
am- yogurt and berry smoothie egg burrito (1egg and 1 bacon with a bit of cheese and hot sauce in a corn tortilla)
snack-string cheese and a plam
lunch- greek salad
dinner-frozen lite meal and side salad
snack-beef jerky and a cucumber
Monday:
7 - Breakfast: 1 lite eng. muffin, 2 tsp.peanut butter, 1/2 cup NF cottage cheese, canteloupe
10 - Snack: 1 thin slice of cinnamon swirl bread w/ spray butter
1 - Lunch: Artichoke, black bean Pita ( 1/2 cup black beans, artichokes, onion, lettuce, tomatore, cucumber), 1 tbsp. salad dressing, 1 sl. lite cheese, 6 oz skim milk.
4 - Snack: 100 cal pack of oreos
7 - Dinner: 3 oz chicken, corn on the cob, salad, drsg.
Treat: mini peppermint patty
