Ok, Mark and I walked the dog last night...took about 20 minutes so I will guess I walked 1 mile!

Laurie, so where does that put us at for total miles walked so far?

BTW - I have walked Halle 2 miles each day this week - does that count? Total of 8 miles so far for me. That will change next week, though. I will miss my walks with Halle - have to go it alone for a while

Lynn..you are too funny!! You must be determined if you are gonna "stop" by my place...long way from Philly to Tin Buck 2!!! LOL....I am currently uninsured and just plain afraid to go without insurance, just in case they should find something that needs treatment...Im looking into catastrophic insurance right now..Im unemployed at the moment....so Im kinda in a rut where insurance is concerned..no paycheck, no money for insurance! If I can at least get catastrophic insurance, I would feel better bout going to gyn cause it would cover me if something major went wrong

I did NOT walk yesterday... I only did one of the 8mm exercises..for me, that is NOT NORMAL!! OF COURSE, WHAT ABOUT THIS PAST WEEK HAS BEEN NORMAL FOR ME????????? NOTHING!!!!!!!!!LOL

If you wait and there is something wrong, it WILL be a catastrophe. Just go to the doctors (put your visit on a charge card). And get checked out. Don't borrow trouble. However, don't keep making excuses for not going.
