  • OK, I just made that cheesecake pudding I was telling you guys about. For some reason I was compelled to read the side of the box. And there, in bright blue letters,
"Note: Pudding will not set if made with soy milk."
It wasn't on the chocolate box I have, just the cheesecake flavor. It must be something new that they have added.
  • Hmmm ... I've never seen it either!

I have about 500 of the 2 oz. plastic containers and lids. My friend at work brought them to me because when his wife had bypass surgery, they stocked up on them to portion out her foods. So today I opened a box of pudding, then divided it equally between 4 of the containers. Then when I was ready to make it, I just added one of the containers to 1/2 cup of milk, stirred it around and let it set in the fridge for an hour or so.
  • I have those little Tupperware midgets. I use them to take margarine and FF salad dressings to the restaurants with me. It never occurred to me to make an individual serving of pudding. Probably because Jim always wants some if I'm having some. 4 little cups only is 2 days for us. Good idea though. This might be a great travel tip.
