In my own experience I've learned that my body requires regular snacks and meals about every 3 hours or I start to go a little bonkers.
And remember, you've got to find something that works for you if you hope to make this a permanent lifestyle change. Just ask yourself if you can imagine doing this 20, 30, 50 years from now. I can honestly say that I can because I've found what works for me and I truly enjoy my new way of life. In short, your body needs food to function, so please feed it!!
