  • Thanks for all the info. It is neat to see what others do. I think I need to eat the most in the morning. I am most active then and burn more. I still won't eat after 7pm I am just not hungry. I get up at 5am and go to bed at 9pm, I just don't eat before bed, I get heartburn and can't sleep.

I have been trying to keep some extra points in the afternoon so when I get the munchys I can munch. I have also been spreading my breakfast out over the mid-morning. Eggs, toast, & ham for breakfast. Then cottage cheese and fruit at about 10am.
Good luck to all. Thanks again for the info.

  • I always and I do mean always eat my largest meal in the evening. It's not unusual for me to eat between 7 and 8 pm. I lost 55 lbs in seven months a few years ago eating this way. I've of course gained it all back, but I'm ready to get going again.
