  • Yesterday was an hour belly dance, and 35 minutes stength training.
  • 30 minute walk at lunch time. I have been sick since last Tuesday so I haven't really been able to exercise much
  • Do you have the Tatooine flu? The Imperial Virus? I heard that was going around pretty heavily!!!
  • I had a rotten headache today that lowered my motivation, but I took the toddler for a push around the neighbourhood in her stroller for 45 minutes this evening just so I could feel like I did something.
  • exercise bike yesterday, track, elliptical and chest workout this morning.

  • Thursday: 30 minute walk, 60 minutes aquacize.
  • Today: 30 minute walk & 40 minute walk
  • Friday: 5.5 miles on my bike, 40 minutes pilates.
  • 60 minutes of aquacize this morning
  • Today I went for a 1 hour walk around my neighborhood.
  • 4.5 miles on my bike today. Thank goodness for the great weather!
  • 1.5 miles on the track, 30 minutes elliptical, weight lifting for back. AND yoga booty ballet.

  • Sunday, shredded my legs, 28 minutes elliptical, 20 minute riding my bike in the neighborhood.

    Monday - Tae-Bo!
  • 1 hour walk on Sunday
  • Productive exercise Sunday, 90 minutes painting the bathroom & 1 hour of mowing and weedwacking.
