    YEPPERS!!
  • Yep, add me to the solid list. Ethereal will never be used in the same sentence with my name.

    Legs today. Barely walking.

  • Hi-
I got a short work outs in yesterday, 45 of cardio ont he ellyptical, that was about 4 miles it said when I do an hour, I go about 5.5 so not to bad. I planned to do pillates at home but my son had a baseball game.
My son and I have been having hoolahoop contest. I'm not that good but I can keep it up for about a minute I wonder if that is working my core muscles or something.
Today I am gonna do a full work out, with cardio and arms. I need to, i've been so busy but I know it will make me feel better.
keep up the good work and don't let the wind knock you over

  • 4 miles this AM, plus shoulders and a pitiful Ab workout. I have GOT to do better with the ab work.

    Tiki.
  • Ran for 10 minutes, walked a bit, crosstrainered a bit and biked for 30. Did bi's last night when clients cancelled and LEGS today! I worked out with one of the other trainers and managed to match him pound for pound on squats, leg press, hack squats, SLDLs, extensions, and curls. OK, admittedly he hadn't done legs for a few weeks ... but I know I won't be able to walk tomorrow.
  • Ran for 25 minutes, elliptical for 10, worked chest and triceps. My tris are already starting to ache from the skullcrushers.

  • After not going to the gym in MONTHS, I went back last night. I am 20lbs lighter than the last time that I worked out and I could tell a real difference! I even felt lighter on the treadmill. I honestly thought that I was going to have to stick to cardio only for the first week or so and build up my stamina - but I had TONS of energy last night, so I'm going to add lifting back into the routine starting next week. Plan for now is to workout on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Then I'm going to add in other days as I can.

I really surprised myself. Before this weight loss I was usually walking a little less than 2 miles and only about 30-35 minutes without incline on the treadmill. Last night I walked 40 minutes and covered a little over 2 1/4 miles and even used the incline for over a third of the time. It was awesome!

Now I have all this crazy energy today - I love it!!!
  • 50 mins jog in place with ankle and wrist weights

    rabbit
  • Yesterday - 5km run and hour yoga class. Today planned - 5 or 8 km run and agility class with my dog - I guess it isalmost cardio workout
  • Ok, so I have been feeling all gross and yucky this week. It is that time of the month so that explains the bloated feeling. I have tried to squeeze in some work outs but barely.
I did the ellyptical 60 min today. I want to do pillates tonight but I dont' kow if I'll be albe to fit it in.
  • It's Saturday! Anyone else working out today? I'm probably going to skip cardio since I have some morning clients. Once they're finished, I'll do shoulders and tri's to finish off the week. I'm thinking cardio only tomorrow ...
  • I worked out Meg!! 4 miles on the track and then I worked back. I am supposed to meet up with some girlfriends to try a new Hip Hop Yoga DVD. We will see how that goes.

  • Yep I had a very good workout I did a 10K in 1:08, I was very pleased with myself...
  • You're getting pretty zippy there, chickie! I only did 15 minutes of bike this AM, then shoulders. I went up 10#/side on the Hammer shoulder press, did front raise drop sets, side laterals, rear delt machine and cable upright rows. Nice start to the merry month of May.
