I worked out with one of the other trainers and managed to match him pound for pound on squats, leg press, hack squats, SLDLs, extensions, and curls. OK, admittedly he hadn't done legs for a few weeks ... but I know I won't be able to walk tomorrow. 

Anyone else working out today? I'm probably going to skip cardio since I have some morning clients. Once they're finished, I'll do shoulders and tri's to finish off the week. I'm thinking cardio only tomorrow ...

I only did 15 minutes of bike this AM, then shoulders. I went up 10#/side on the Hammer shoulder press, did front raise drop sets, side laterals, rear delt machine and cable upright rows. Nice start to the merry month of May.
