I've plateaud several times in the last year. Why don't you post a normal menu and let us look at it. Often I find that I'm not eating enough vegetables or that I have been eating too much pasta. Exercise can certainly help. Are you drinking enough water?Originally Posted by jpleonard

Hope you get some rest soon. It sure wears us down taking care of someone when they are so sick, almost like we are afraid to go sound asleep for fear of something happening while we snooze. Get some rest and take care of yourself.
