On my second day of phase 1 and feeling sorta weak and a bit funky.
Would give my right arm for some Starbursts at this point...k, maybe just a digit or two, but surely my whole arm by tomorrow,
!!!I have a few more questions, I didn't see in the book...are we only allowed to have 'x' amount of peanuts per day, say the 30 pistachios and no more? and if we have the peanuts, are we still allowed to have the 2 tbsp of peanutbutter in the same day? or just one or the other?

Yeah, that pretty much sums up Phase I.
I already lost 4 pounds!! I'm shocked! I mean, I can tell myself...but dang, this came off faster than when I tried to starve myself and was exercising like a nut. I'm sure it'll slow down...but I needed that little extra boost to keep at this...
