    lunch:
    6 slices turkey - 120
    1 wheat bread - 50
    pork rhinds - 80
    cf diet coke - 0

    handled disappointing news with:
    mcdonald's fries - 450
    snickers bar - 240

    supper:
    gumbo & rice - 200
    cookies - 200

    exercise: how many calories does "being mad" burn up?

    water: 64 oz

    total calories: 1760 yikes!
    will do better tomorrow!
  • Fridays..

    B- 2 pancakes and 1/4 cup lite syrup and slice of bacon 10 points
    l- 1/2 cup penne pasta and 1/2 roll 5 pts
    S- homeade taco 4 pts small salad with lite dressing 4 pts
    s- 1 pt mini bag of 94%ff popcorn
    and 1 pt sf chocolate pudding

    and will use 2 pts somewhere else for a total of 27 for the day!
  • Saturday ~ 2/26

    breakfast:

    protein shake - 200

    lunch & supper
    grilled fish - 200
    onions - 60
    green beans - 150

    snack: 300

    exercise: 30 minutes 2.5 Walk & Jog dvd
