Lucky for me I don't have to do the intense stuff today and can give the ole body a rest. I am about to walk my oldest to school and plan on doing my stairs when I get back. I live on the third floor and I think I will use the stairs for part of my cardio. I ran up and down them three times yesterday and will go for three today. I think next week I will increase it to four or maybe five depending on how the three go. It gets the best of me now, but I CAN do it so that is something right? I haven't had breakfast yet, but I think I will have oatmeal. I did so so with eating yesterday I will do better today for sure. Congratulations to all of you for sticking in there and THANKS SO MUCH for the support you give me! Looks like together we will all reach goal and stay there.



But I still need to stay on track. It's going to be a rough weekeng because I am going to be very busy and will not have lots of time to cook so wish me luck. My DD has a birthday party
to go to today and I have a church function to go to tomarrow after church. So we will probably eat out in between.

At least you are staying active and busy. I have to start making myself out a schedule so that I keep myself going instead of sitting on my bottom on the couch watching tv. I end up wasting too many hours of the day when I could be doing more productive things.
