i dont like winter either. living in connecticut though, i have to deal. we got 18 inches of snow. the gym closed. i was NOT HAPPY. I couldn't work out saturday OR sunday. taking my workouts away is bad news.

it is really busy at work but i am OP and exercising even if i dont have time to post it all!! i want to hit that v-day goal, even though i dont remember what it is! (i think i said i wanted to be 139). 3 pounds is a lot for me to lose in (about) 2 weeks, so we'll see. bf's birthday is on the 12th so that means dinner at my parents, dinner at his, dinner out for v-day... lots of dinners! mmmmmm dinners

i want to get laser hair removal on my legs but i think it costs like 3000 dollars. so maybe i wont.

jdog.. how long have u been in florida? im a florida native just transplanted. and i remember one year it was like 1989 it got so cold it flurried. i was in orlando. stranger things can happen. hehe

well i feel like im off again on again with this board but its cuz i have no internet. my boyfriend just got dsl today and so soon we will have the power of cable modem. lol. Yay! thats exciting. before we were using our cell phones as modems. couldnt get on before 9 blah blah blah. anyway... hope everyone has a super week

hey guys its me. I didnt get to work out yesterday because a palm tree stabbed me in the eye. I know how weird that sounds but its true. My eye wont stop watering and it feels like theres something still in my eye. Its already been almost 24 hrs since it happened so Im getting kind of worried. But Im going to excercise today somehow. Well I hope you'll have a great day. I'll write again when I get home from work.

eyereenah: I've been in Florida three and a half years. I just can't imagine living anywhere else now. Well, unless it's warm year-round and has beaches and baseball. Those are my three requirements.

Sorry about the attack of the palm tree! I'm enjoying my time in FL this week before I have to head back up to school in Virginia where it's pretty chilly..not like CT though I've been good about eating and exercising too! Even when I I sit behind a boowl of candy all day the last 4 days..haven't had a piece yet..woot!

Hmm what valentines day goal? Geez I am having major issues. But no worries.. slowly but surely i'll get there!

I didn't set a valentines day goal, but i did jump on the scale yesterday and i'm down 2lbs so that made me smile. I'm really irritated though with scales, I think i may need a new one in my home...I went to he docs about hmm a month ago and it said I was at 116..well my scale said 111 i dunno whos to go bye, but i went to the doctors a month before I went the second time (116) they said I was 129 and I still believe that was wrong because my scale had been saying between 110-115...So I'm ready to break every scale I see.

well I'm extremely fed up with school already lol..it's been my 2nd week back from vacation and i hate it already...o well!

Well ladies I'll talk to you later I'm gonna do some reading before I have to go to work...I better get off early enough to watch the O.C. or there will be **** to pay!!!

Mellbell: I went to the drs on Monday and their scale was about five lbs dif. from mine...I have had my scale at my house forever...so maybe it's time to join the new century and get a digital one? I know we've talked about it before on here. Also, I hear you on the whole school thing, I was just really enjoying my free time.

hmm well I have a digital scale that reads 1-2kg lighter than the one at the drs, which is a dial one (i blame the higher weights in her office on parallax!).. and the one at the gym, well I have noted a 5-7kg difference on that one before, and theirs is digital.. at the end of the day, i take the lower number. The happier I am, the less i abuse my body!

Another southern girl here - the weather has been crazy in Atlanta. One day it will be in the 70's, the next, in the 30's. We're having winter-weather warnings for this weekend, so everyone is going crazy.
