Just wanted to add my 2 cents for anyone browsing the recipes. Made this yesterday and it's very tasty I blended it in the magic bullet before mixing in the cream cheese.
The result super tasty, very thick and decadent.
The Chili's in the tomatoes made it a bit too spicy for my tastes. I'll definitely be making this again but will use plain diced tomatoes. This keeps me full for hours.

I will definitely make this again, but minus the tomatoes. I found it a little spicy and DH (who doesn't like tomatoes) said they made it a little acidic in flavor.
