  • Sugar Cube: Sorry you aren't feeling well. Hope you don't get worse. I have been a little hooked on The Biggest Loser myself....something about that show.

weightylady: The only thing I can see is that you are eating a lot of cheese. If you had two slices and one string cheese that is about 3 oz. The other thing is the meatballs....if they were not homemade then they may have a small amount of bread crumbs in them. Not allowed in the first two weeks.

    Lekker:

Lisa: So I take it no baby today

TG: OH I WOULD BE SO PISSED AT THE CAR WASH PLACE TOO! Don't blame you or DH for the "drama". If that happened at a place near me I would be in big trouble cause none of them speak english! I can just see myself turning into the tasmanian devil while they stood there shrugging their shoulders

Star: I'm with you on the bad coping skills....we need a self help book for that. I cave all the time when pressure hits. Sorry about the tooth

Jina: Oh yeah, the game this weekend is an important one isn't it That means DH will be glued to the tv this Sunday.

Robin: Did you go for the walk? It is pouring here today.

Brenda: We had snow last night but the roads were fine this morning...just raining now. BLECK!
  • Robin: Sounds like a full day of cleaning for you. There's always things in this house I should be cleaning...but always put it off. That's why it looks the way it does. Have fun putting the blinds up

Jina: congrats on the raise and of course you should do something w/it that makes you happy Enjoy the gym

Star: Gotta love dentists, eh? Hope they get it right this time. Any make-up presents yet??

TG: Sorry to hear about you car. Sounds like it at least got clean...I take mine to the washes here and STILL have crap on my car. I might as well just wash the dang thing myself!! Would save myself money. Alright...we manage to get through the week (usually) op....so what's our plan of attack for making it through the weekend??

Lisa: Ohhh...them's fighting words! Doesn't he realise he's supposed to be nice, kind and supportive through this and just take what you dish out?

Julie: You sound busy as usual. Take it easy out there on the roads. Don't be taking a fall. I was in the middle of the road (crossing it to get to the other side of course) and almost fell. Needless to say there's a little twist in my back now Nothing a couple days of light stretches shouldn't fix....but exercise is on hold for now.

Weightylady: Yup, first 2 weeks no fruit. You're drinking your water, right? I'll leave the menu thing up to people that know more about that stuff. To me it looks ok.

Liza: Hope you feel better soon. And inviting people doesn't work....they just get invited to a messy house. I have a sign on the door that says "my house was clean yesterday....sorry you missed it." My motto is: I live in a house not a showcase so if you don't like it there's the door, don't let it hit you in the on the way out. I have to be either REALLY bored or sick of trash to clean it. It's not TOO bad. I mean, you don't trip over junk. It's more cluttered than messy.

Jane: How's it going? Want some of our ice to go w/your rain? I think we're either supposed to get more rain....or snow...or ice....basically junky weather. lol

Well, no exercise for me today. I'm just plain tired. Got up and had a headache and sore throat (but not congested or stuffed up---yet). Took a sinus pill and it seems to have helped. But now it's made me tired so I'm just going to relax today. Maybe that'll help throw the scale downwards. Making chili for DH to take to work tomorrow so figure the girls can have a bowl of that for supper. not sure what we're having. Probably chicken...or maybe chicken....can you tell we've had chicken a lot? I need to get to the store for more variety!!!
  • Hey hey everyone. Just stopping by. Woke up this morning with a horrible toothache, went to the dentist and came home without 2 teeth. I'm so upset. I didn't want to lose any of my teeth (one was a wisdom so I didn't care) but not my real supposed to be there ones. I don't care if it IS in the back where no one can see. The root canal was like 200 out of pocket, which I didn't have, not to mention way more time off work, which I can't afford either. So out it came. Anyways, off to try some soup so I can take some pills and sleep.
  • Oh Randi, I am sorry about all that.....I hate paying for dental stuff. It is always cash or no work it seems. I have a tooth that is giving me grief and it has been root canaled and done a second time to clean out something or other...now they say the root is cracked and I need to have surgery to snip off the bottom of the roots....I say pull it! They won't.....

Take some tylenol and have some soup....you will feel better tomorrow...and you were so brave to sit in the chair and have them pulled. You would have to knock me out silly to have a tooth pulled.
