I didn't get the runs from eating the chocolate fondue last night - I didn't eat much but ususally sugar runs right through me, literally. DM said that sometimes a tremendous amount of protein can balance a little sugar and keep the impact on your bloodstream low. Let's hope that is the case.Cottage by the sea - here is your recipe! Sausage and Cheese Breakfast Cups
4 oz turkey sausage or crumbled turkey bacon
1/2 green bell pepper chopped
1/4 onion chopped
5 large eggs
1 can (12 oz) sliced mushrooms drained
1/2 cup (2 oz) shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat 6 cup nonstick muffin pan with cooking spray or line with paper baking cups.
In a medium non-stick skillet over med-high heat cook the sausage, pepper and onion for 5 minutes, or until the sausage is no longer pink. Spoon the mixture into a bowl and cool slightly. Stir in the eggs and mushrooms. Evenly divide the mixture among the prepared muffin cups. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until the egg is set.

I will not drink 2 bottles of wine again for a very long time. I have had the worst headache all day. I felt good for about 2 minutes after I ate breakfast then I curled up on the chair and watched tv and slept then got up took a shower put clean jammies on went to subway to get supper and to Tim Hortons for tea then came home ate and went back to bed I still feel terrible. Why oh why did I do this to myself. Here is a picture of me attempting to play pool.
