. I love these gals. Since walking is a problem where you are, and winter is coming soon, you could check out Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds videos at Walmart (do you get the discount being PT?). They are awesome tapes. The 1 mile walk is 15 minutes, 2 mile 30 minutes and 3 mile 45 minutes. It also comes with a stretchy band to work upper body. It's even fun. Nice to have you join us and do check in often as we are very chatty, especially during the week. Weekends are kinda hit and miss with some of us.
Mel: I may try that on Monday. My doctor has been the one I have seen since I moved here 10 years ago and I think he would do it. Then I am pretty sure dh wouldn't mind me spending the monthly fee. Thanks.

Supper tonight was taco salad was was it goooooood! I did end up eating shell but it was a taco salad bowl, only 180 calories.
