I hear yah on the eating. I don't do salads like I used to so you know what I do, I eat everything but the lettuce. When I make my caesars I grill ckn, chop it up, add some grape tomatoes, egg, olives, etc...mix w/the dressing and its SOOOOOOO much better IMHO. Oh grated cheese too
I can't knaw on that much lettuce either. You can do this w/ham, cheese really anything, just think lettuceless salads. You'll be hooked.... bacon too

well its not a full week so I'll weigh myself monday to really see. Throwing out old clothes that don't fit b/c they are to small is a good thing !!! bring them to a clothes bin, so others can benefit from your benefits
