  • Hi everyone,

Melissa -- count me in on the no-cashew list. I will happily trade anyone cashews for anything... hope things calm down.

Pam -- I think kitty may have a systemic infection, how is her liquid input/output? Miss Roya is nearly 18 and just went in yesterday for another sterile urine draw. Her vet wants to put on high bp meds if her creatine levels are high. She also has an unusual swagger, she's quite bow legged, but gets around fine - from the basement to the second floor of the house in 20 seconds.

Susan -- good for you and the run. Its great to have a group of people to inspire and challenge you. Congrats on your OP day too. Send me one please. My pants are a bit tight and I weigh in on Saturday am.

Domina -- remember one thing, I am a bit under a foot shorter than you. I should be between a size 4/6 at my goal.

Oy, well, did I tell you guys I got a new pair of glasses? They are exceedingly hip, but when they were totalled (before my measly insurance deduction), they were nearly the
bulk of my mortgage payment on my rental condo. Yikes. Yikes, Yikes. Anyways, they are pretty cute.

No big plans for the weekend, the farmer's market, gardening, a garden walk in a funky neighborhood in Seattle, a bit of decluttering, a bit of time on the sofa with a cheesy novel, a bit of time planning our trip to Northern France..... I am hoping no guests, no
    major cooking .

  • gosh, is it something I said?

Waiting for tech/developer support and figuring out poster stuff today at work. I have a mindless task of pulling information for really old cruises and photocopying it for my afternoon project.

I lead a very very exciting life.

Hope everyone has a magnificent, on program, exercise laden and water filled weekend.
