I'm not sure how to become buddies, but I'm glad you would like to be mine. Perhaps someone will help us out. I live near South Beach, in Broward County which is the county next to where South Beach is located. When it first came out, I thought it meant that the dieter wanted to look like those on South beach. And they are glamor! I need to lose 30 pounds. I have been working out ferociously since I've been on vacation (I have six weeks which is why I just started the diet.) Hope you read this soon.

That is so funny about your thinking about the name South Beach diet! I had a brother who lived in Boca for a while, married a girl from there...and he called it the south Florida lifestyle...everything was about money, style and your looks. Suffice to say, we are nothing alike

I'm in Tennessee. I have 62 lbs. to lose. See....you'll be to goal when I'm halfway! I lost 30 lbs. 2 years ago on Nutrisystem but gained it all back last year after quitting smoking.
