Well good afternoon! I would say good morning since I have only been up an hour but that would seem a little on the out of place side. I have been on nights this weekend and have 2 more shifts before I go back to a semi- normal schedule. I have eaten too many sugar alcohol's this weekend, but I have been very good the past few months and have been wanting something sweet due to all the candy hanging around the desk at work, so instead of staying deprived I went and pick up some splenda and sugar alcohol sweetened candy and got it out of my system should be good for a while.

Well hope all of you had a good monday... need to get out and wash my truck.
