Penny, that mock duck actually sounds like good cozy food... I just don't think the recipe should contain the word "duck".
Marmacita, I hope something can be done for your neck/back.
Sending you hugs and prayers...
Cottage, it's snowing here.
We're expecting 5 cm. Damnit. I'm glad your parents are doing well on South Beach!!
Sharon, I hope your house is sold soon! It should be, judging by the photos... I'd have a hard time leaving your beautiful home, too. It's gorgeous!
Jodi, how wonderful that were able to sleep in.
I'm a morning person, and automatically wake up between 5:30 and 6:30. Sometimes I wish I could sleep in. (although I must say I more than make up for it with naps. heh heh)Kitten, welcome to the Beach!
And congratulations on surviving your daughter's lessons.
SoCal, I hope it goes well at the gym! I was quite intimidated to go initially, but now it's like a second home to me.
damnit. Ruth, DD just finished getting 35 of her 40 volunteer hours required to complete high school. She did make-up for the production of the Mikado. She LOVED doing it. Perhaps a future career in the theatre?

Speaking of Topomax, I may get to go on it, too, Marmacita. My new meds for depression aren't working well enough, so we may add the Topomax to what I'm already taking. I have visions of lying around on my chaise longue... eating bonbons and reading books while the weight DROPS from my body.
