  • Wednesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 39 minutes lower body TBT.

    Laurie, I work out on a machine called the Total Body Trainer, it is by "Body By Jake". Awesome machine!! It is strength resistance training.
  • Wednesday- 4 mile WATP tape.
  • Tues: bowled a quick 2 games
    Wed: 4 miles treadmill
  • Wed.
    2 mile walk outside.

  • 1 mile WATP...gonna take me about a week to get to the 2 mile
  • Thurs: walked in the woods for a couple of hours, not sure how many miles, but back was all uphill and I worked up a good sweat.
  • Thursday- I did 30 minutes of my "own" workout. I bought a tape at Big Lots for 50 cents, I put it on and the moves were too many variations per move and the girls in it were wearing thongs! So that will go in my yard sale pile I'm accumulating. Right now I'm getting ready for exercise class. I'm sure it will be the usual(warmup, step aerobics, some arm and chest moves with weights, and leg and abs on the floor).

  • Thurs.
    Lawana called and we went for a 3 mile walk. We walked at a pretty good clip. It was so beautiful outside.

  • Thursday: Gym - 5 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 30 minutes treadmill.

    Ab scissor routine - 2 minutes work, 2 minutes rest.

    I hope to get to the gym today and tomorrow as well.

  • Gym - 5 minutes eliptical, upper body workout, 30 minutes treadmill.

    I will go again tomorrow a.m., and that will make 4 days this week.

    Day 5 of the walking. Lawana and I put in 3 miles. The last half mile was in less than 6 minutes...no way would we walk faster other than run. It was GREAT! It sure is good having my walking buddy back.
