    Oh, when will the drinking stop???? I'm supposed to go out for a birthday party tonight. Maybe I'll just stay in where it's safe...

    Breakfast (7-11 munching):
    Extra sharp cheddar - .5
    Toast (Toast!) w/butter - 6 (l.c. Orowheat brand, ok, but nothing I'm gonna run out and buy.)
    Sausage (2 links) - 0
    Green tea w/purple- 1

    Lunch:
    Chicken parmesean - 4

    **The Plan**

    Dinner:
    Out somewhere. Maybe black angus or outback? - 6

    Then out for a b-day party and probably too much drinking

    total: 18.5 carbs.
    Back to the food log....I feel all discomboobalated when I don't do my food log and then I start fearing things are sneaking into my mouth!! LOL

    total: 16 carbs!!!! Yippeeeeeee!
