Howdy ya'll! Way to go getting in your exercise!!!!!!!!! Hey Chrisd...10 minutes on one of those puppies is some hard work. My sister had one and I tried it for fun and quit quickly. You are doing GREAT!

I was able to get in 2 miles before the rain started.

    Love and hugs,
    Crystle
  • Wednsday
    1 mile WATP

    Thursday 1 mile WATP
  • Change of plans due to illness(me!)- I did however do my 2 mile WATP tape. You know how you've heard DON'T exercise while you're sick? Well, they are right! It drained all the little bit of energy I had and made me feel worse. So I've been taking it easy since.
  • Thursday-- 10 minutes stretches, 32 minutes upper body TBT.
  • Friday-- 10 minutes stretches, 35 minutes lower body TBT.

That's it for me this week, got in 5 days!
  • Woo hoo...
Did the 3 mile walk video with Leslie. Talk about working up a good sweat.

    Love and hugs,
    Crystle
  • I skipped exercise Friday due to the "bug" I had. Today I went to church exercise class. It was pretty good. Not as intense as it usually is, but I sweated, lol. I did get in 5 days of exercise this week(my goal) although 2 of the workouts weren't as "intense" as they should have been. But I guess it's better than nothing. I'm taking tomorrow off and will start again Monday. Crystle- the 3 mile tape is a good workout, huh? That's the one I usually do. I only do the 2 mile one now if I'm pressed for time or not feeling really good. You definetly burn alot more calories than if you just walked the 3 miles outside or on a treadmill and you use more muscle. BTW- Way to go on getting back in the swing of things. You, too DEB!
