  • I joined the gym at the end of August and I've done really well in attending regularly and I've gained strength and endurance. I've always like being physically active but in the past few years as my weight has increased I've felt embarrassed about participating. I played baseball several years ago, that was about the last time I was in any kind of a sport. Once I start feeling a bit more comfortable about my body I think I'd like to try again, maybe this summer I can play baseball again!
