It’s the best feeling to finally see the scale budge after a while of it being stubborn! I’ve been hard on myself the past couple days because my numbers have been up a bit due to impending shark week and I was dragging my feet averaging them. I’m really glad I finally did though, because while the day to day fluctuations are getting to me, my June Week 1 average weight is only up by 0.1 lb instead of the almost 3lbs I had in my head. I just wish shark week would hurry up and get here already so the bloat will dissipate! And what you mentioned about DietBet isn’t stupid, that feeling is exactly why I stopped doing them in the first place

Loki is my pup- she’s a five year old golden retrieve mix I rescued as a pup
(pictured here). She looks very much like she is mixed with rottweiler or shepherd—betting on rottie though. I met my exercise goal last week (maybe that’s part of the bump up too? Water weight from exercise.. it was pretty mild though…) and am aiming to do the same this week. The studio I do yoga through just announced they’re holding classes outside! I’m so beyond excited to get back into it!!! Omg, jumping, bouncing and jump squats aren’t for me either

but great on you for going back to a workout you know works for you and aiming to revisit BodyProject later—it takes a lot of will power and determination not to let something like that get you down! Way to go
