    I'm starting back extremely late in the year after a year-long hiatus from 3FC and after a 100 lb regain, but I am here so I'm joining in on this thread as well for accountability and to get back on track for the rest of 2020...hope that is okay!! I'm shooting for 40 lbs back off before the end of the year.

    How is Everyone doing? I have been going up and down by a few Lbs since April. I lost 4.4 LBS in March. It's time to start making better progress. The holidays will be here before we know it. I still would like to reach my Goal Weight this Year! Good Luck, Everyone!

    Welp... the year is more than half over and I have not been as productive as I was last year!

    February 29: 178.0 <- successsss
    ...
    September 18: 184.8
    2020 GW:150s

    Needless to say, 150s aren't going to happen. Best case scenario? 169! <- New 2020 GW
