  • Quote: Well... definitely my stomach. I've had the comment of people thinking I was pregnant.

Its funny, but something that has helped me feel better about it lately is I have the most lovable cat. He loves to kneed, and it always seems like whenever I need it the most he'll just up and cuddle with me and kneed my belly purring for the longest time. I feel kind of embarrassed sharing it, but it makes me feel less judgmental about my body----- I always feels self conscious around people, but you don't need to prove anything to an animal, the love you anyways. (He might love me less when I give him a shower later this week, but that's another story!!!)
    This was so sweet!
  • I am very confused by my stomach, I do not like that it hangs and looks loose. But as an evil, I have this part of the body is reduced last. My big hips do not bother me, I do not pay much attention to this, but a big belly that does not become less upset me. But I hope that in the end I will achieve my goal. Good luck
  • What I hate the most about my body parts is my upper belly fat…! That fat is very stubborn and very difficult to burn calories from this part of my body
  • I hate belly fat.
  • I don't like the word hate. I will say I dislike my butt the most. Its harder to hide. My stomach can be hidden, my rear not so much.
  • Belly fat - you called it Frank. I used to think my thighs and butt were the biggest part of me but as I became more of an apple and less of a pear my belly actually makes the rest of me look smaller! And it's no wonder we dislike it since belly fat is the quintessential fat in a way - the fat people associate with being "fat". Granted I have seen some enormous butts in my day, haha. It's also that visceral fat which is supposedly the most dangerous to our health. But it's not surprising a man would hate his "moobs". Did you ever see that Seinfeld episode about the "bro" or the "mansiere"!
  • I don’t hate any parts of my body, but I definitely think it would be better to be a little bit more fit. I believe that fitness is a journey, and there’s always room for improvement. Yesterday, I discovered the services offered by https://www.topessaywriting.org/crit...riting-service, and I’m excited about the difference it will make in my life. With their help, I’ll be able to manage my academic workload more effectively, which means I’ll have more time to dedicate to sports and staying active. Finding that balance is so important for both physical health and mental well-being.
  • In general, I try to accept my body as it is, but of course I wouldn't mind improving my fitness level. To do this, I study a lot of information about proper nutrition and different training techniques. The last thing that caught my attention the most was https://betterme.world/articles/how-...ds-in-a-month/ and I even tried it. I can say that it is important to understand your problem properly and find the right way to solve it.
  • I don't hate any part of my body, but I would definitely like to lose some body weight and also reduce by belly fat.
  • I hate my teeth. I've learnt to ignore them and not be afraid of smiling over time, but I always get knocked back a bit when people point them out. It's the worst thing you can mention.
