    I got my period today so i just ate some chocolate.. not a good day!

We eat rice at least once a day. And meat is served in our house every other day.. I can't really adjust to that when I'm dieting so i rather not eat anything witch i know is not good but like i said it's been good learning process.

    I didn't even drink 1 cup of water today!! My period got me messed up..

    I won't be posting here anymore, i think I'm gonna share my process on Instagram.
    I'm just not getting the support and motivation i want ( and need) here. So goodbye to anyone who read my thread.
  • I eat everything that i used to eat, only a lot less. My diet is not changed at all. I just try to eat less. I'll try to put my nutritions too not just the numbers.

    You did capuccino - I gues form the little bag ? That stopped your process! Sorry about that...you have to eat and drink "clean". No cappucino, not even simple milk if you can...coffe black! I heard that people in USA dont drink black! Is that so?

    I drink only machiato - black coffe with real milk - or just black.

    Dont drinki anything called chino, extra this and that - because its not a coffe - its a dessert!
