I'm a little late getting started on this but today I did Leslie Sansone WATP 3 mile express but I was only able to complete the first 2 miles today, this is only my 3rd time doing the 3 mile and it's tough! Hoping to get through all 3 miles tomorrow!
  • fierycupcake. Yesterday I did 20min. bodyflex, tummy trimmer and walk, kick and jab and 20min. outdoor walk.
  • 15 min. bodyflex.
  • On Sat. I have a very large kitchen and dining room floor to dust and mop and a large liviing room to vacuum and dust.
    To me, that comes first.
  • Well I decided to do just the first 2 miles of the 3 mile express as it was getting really intense and I don't want to hurt myself and set myself back so I did the 2 miles plus the stretchie segment with a cool down. My fit bit reads it as just 2.06 miles, 4,102 steps and 422 calories burned. Still a really good workout in my book!
  • Good job, fc. Day off.
  • Really didn't want to work out today but I made myself get up and do it. Did the first 2 miles of the WATP 3 mile express again. 3,349 steps and 306 calories burned.
  • Off day today, tomorrow going to Disney so I'll get a few miles in there!
  • Have fun fc. 15 min.bodyflex.
  • Brisk and steady and flexibility walk.
  • We have our Bible conference this weekend............lots of cleaning to do..............kind of cuts into exercise time.
  • 15 min. bodyflex.
  • Took some days off, my anxiety level is through the roof and I just needed the break. I am trying a new workout, well new to me.
Try Zumba I said, it could be fun I said. How bad can it be? It wasn't too bad actually, kind of fun and absolutely the change in routine I needed. However, I might be a tiny bit uncoordinated and rythymically challenged. I tried my best though and that is the main thing.

Zumba - 20 minute quick start
