  • My favorite is Eggs, they seem to stay with me longer and keep me from being hungry. I do not do breakfast, to early; around 10-11 I have an egg fried, poached, boiled and 2 slices of 45 calorie bread along with fruit.
  • I have been doing 1 cup of Greek yogurt (usually the plain 0% fat Fage you can get in bulk for a great price from Costco) with a Nashua shake mix packet stirred in. Adds 100 calories and 15g of protein. Sometimes I put 1/4c fresh fruit on it also. Beats a shake made with water, or plain yogurt by itself, and with 230 calories and 38g protein, keeps me going for hours!
  • I love to heat up a tablespoon of olive oil, drop in some sliced sweet onion, sliced mushrooms, and then spinach. I drop in an egg and scramble the whole mess. It's not the best looking breakfast...but lasts until lunch and only 5 WW points for me to count. Good luck with your breakfast menu!
  • My 3 go to breakfasts lately have been

rye toast with half an avocado topped with fried egg either hot sauce or hp sauce.

a smoothie made of kale or spinach half an avocado almond milk blueberries.

instant oatmeal with chia seed, I add walnuts blueberries almond milk .
  • You need protein in the morning, not cereal, toast or other carbs. This morning I had spaghetti squash with meat balls and tomato sauce. You can eat anything for breakfast you would eat the rest of the day. Breads and cereals have poor nutrition compared to meat and veggies.
  • 2 pieces of toasted rye bread (100% wholegrain rye; this is pretty usual where I live) with feta cheese on top (surprisingly little calories), one chopped up apple, some cucumber and cherry tomatoes or any fresh veggies I have, a big cup of coffee with warm fat-free milk. I'm often ravenous in the mornings but this keeps me satisfied enough. And I really need to have fresh veggies/fruit in the mornings, and coffee, those things are the best.
  • I indulged today with a big slice of lightly toasted sourdough from the bakery with Irish butter and my own pear/limoncello butter
  • I just started my diet but my usual breakfast is 1 slice of toast with 1 tbsp. Peanut Butter and a drizzle of honey and a serving of yogurt.
  • I have 2 go-to breakfasts that I make ahead of time since I don't have a lot of time in the morning.

I either make a few jars of overnight oats with chia seeds, frozen berries, banana and cinnamon and keep them in the fridge. Just grab a jar and go.
Or I boil a dozen eggs and have 2 egg whites with a banana and almond butter
