I'm on my countdown to work. I had a nice visit with my bro and he flies out this morning. It's a beautiful day here....I'm dressed and smoothie is made....dog food/pills packed. I think I'll head out for one more cup of coffee!

Linda - you're a good foreman getting steaks on the grill, especially when you're a vegetarian .

I slept until 5:45!! It was luscious!! I've been waking up at 4:30, which is kind of annoying. Does this mean I can't take a nap today?

It's a little chilly this morning here (50) but beautiful out. I'm snuggled up under my electric blankie waiting for my family to get up. Not much planned for today - I bet DH will want to go kayaking. I should plan the menu out for the week...

Yummmmm....asparagus. I'm going to have to get some myself.

I've got fresh PB ricotta muffins made already this morning, now I'm going for my omelet and some groceries. When I get back I AM going to get in some garden time.

As for coffee, lately I have started with a hot cup and then make the next one iced. I use some SF french vanilla syrup and FF creamer. Awesome.

Good morning,

Yesterday didn't go quite as planned had a 3 hr trip to ER with DH he one side of his neck all of sudden swelled up. They believe it is parotitis, he will have a follow up with his doc this week. Other than that, it was uneventful.

Not sure what is on the agenda for today. Did get some cleaning and laundry done yesterday maybe some more of that.
