  • Quote: Can you post your crispy cereal wrap recipe? What do you fill it with? THANKS!
I squish the cereal packet with anything round (I don't have a rolling pin) till it seems to be all squished and flat. Then I mix it with 1/4 tsp of baking powder. Then I add egg whites - I think it might be 100 ml - I don't have the recipe here so I'm doing it from memory. Then I pour it into a hot frying pan - a big one to make a big wrap. Wait it it's set and bubbly on one side and flip it. Then when that side is done I take it out and fill it. I use either veggies - especially roasted - like peppers - or a part of my meat or tuna or even egg. My fav it to fill it with a bit of my chicken allotment for the day, some WF BBQ sauce, some roasted red peppers, onion, tomato, lettuce. Yummy and very filling.

I can make the wrap the night before and roll it up and wrap it and take it to work and I take the stuffing separately and then nuke the stuffing and make it for lunch. It holds up very well for travel.

THANKS!!! I am definitely adding this to my lunch rotation with roasted veggies, great way to change it up w/them!
  • Alright kiddos...found a new love today for lunch! (or brkfst)

The cinnamon apple zucchini with a dollop of WF caramel dip stirred into the apple oatmeal...YUMMO!!!!!
  • For those who asked, here's the muffin recipe:

    Oatmeal Zucchini Muffins

    1 egg white
    pinch of salt
whisk egg whites until frothy but not peaked

add 1/2 tsp baking powder + any spices you want
add your packet of choice (potato puree, oatmeal, or pudding)
add 1 c (from raw) lightly sauteed shredded zucchini

Bake in muffin tins 350 F for 15-20 min. Makes 3-4 large.

To make the dark chocolate oatmeal muffins mentioned, use 1 packet pudding and 1 packet oatmeal and double the recipe - would make 2 servings.
  • Thank you pepper tree!!

Thank you. I guess since I don't have oatmeal I could jsut make them with the dark choc pudding
  • The IP RTD Vanilla shake and the IP powdered Chocolate shake. I refuse to pay for the RTD IP shakes but they're awesome.

Yes, you can make them with any of the puddings.

My recipe is different ( one batch)
Beat 1 egg, add 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice, 1 packet of stevia, pinch of salt. Add a packet of maple oatmeal
Mix in 2/3-1 cup shredded raw zucchini
Add a small amount of water to get a batter (2 ounces or so).
Spray cupcake tin with non stick spray and fill 2/3 with batter.
Bake at 385 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Let cool ( yummy with a bit of WF pancake syrup).makes 4 muffins. Sometimes it is "eggy" in the center...like French toast...let the muffins cook a bit longer.

To make chocolate: double recipe and use one packet oatmeal, one packet dark chocolate pudding mix. I use less cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice if I use chocoalte pudding.
  • THANK YOU for the recipes Peppertree and OhZoe!!! Looking forward to making these delicious muffins!!! Appreciate the share.
  • So many favourites! Chocolate, cappuccino and vanilla RTD warmed up, sometimes I add cinnamon or pumpkin spice. For snacks I love the lemon wafers, strawberry wafers, chocolate soy puffs and apple cinnamon soy puffs.
  • I may have a new love. I often blend the chocolate or vanilla RTD with espresso powder or encore instant coffee and ice. But this morning was a bit chilly so instead I used a heaping tablespoon of the encore coffee in the chocolate RTD and warmed it in the microwave. I did try to whip it a bit when it came out but that wasn't really successful. MMMMMM! Hot mocha!
  • IP Chocolate Drink w/ a splash of SF mint syrup is awesome for this time of year! You can heat it up slowly in the microwave too. Feels like a fancy Starbucks drink

    Hi JackieGee,

I get my SF syrups at Starbucks but I think some people buy the Torani brand from stores like Homesense or Home Outfitters. I bought Hazelnut today!
