I'm almost a full year in and I still have trouble with the "mental struggle picturing the year(s)". The years will pass regardless of if we are doing IP or not. Every little bit is progress to being healthier as they do pass. I just keep reminding myself of that. I've averaged a bit less than 2 pounds per week, but that has really added up. I'd rather be where I am this year than where I was last year, and if I stick with it, I can be even closer to goal next year.Originally Posted by SarahBee_

Me to! For being so heavy I don't have much in the boob department, so I'm looking forward to having more boobage than stomach when I look down. Then feet.
