Ugh, best laid plans and all that. Spend most of the afternoon at the doctors so didn't get home for lunch and I was so glad I had thrown a Quest bar in the car. Moved my chef salad to dinner and added extra spinach to make up for not having veggies with lunch.Originally Posted by NavyMommy

but tomorrow I'm planning on hitting it hard with a couple hours at the pool with the kids after.
