what helped me the most is 24 hour fasting. I do it morning to morning. Once a week. You wont believe how healthy my mind works after 24 hours. I admire you for the treadmill. I have a jogging trampoline. But am exercise avoidant to the max.

As for me, the best results I have is when I go low fat AND low carb. One alone does not really suffice for me. I have noticed that when my brain gets accustomed to the low carbs, the cravings are diminished.
