    No secrets. Just following the atkins induction list from DANDAR while keeping an eye out on calorie intake for portion control. Support and motivation from my beloved wife in addition to the forums really helps too.

    Thank you. I remember when soaking up the success and progress threads that some would advise "if i can do it then so can you". I guess its the same from me. "If i can do it then so can you"

    Nice recent NSV from this past weekend.
    We have a cheap Walgreens wrist blood pressure monitor and the 1st week on my WOE my BP was 173/113. Scary!!

    I tried again when i just passed the 100lbs mark and my BP was 130/87. I switched to decaf after this point.

    Past Saturday i tried and my medium (4 tries) was 106/85. Yay

    Sure does. We buy 55lb dog food bags from our local Sams Club and its amazing that less than a a year ago my body hauling over 3 of those bags all the time 24/7. Yikes!

    You really are amazing. I saw a big guy like your before pictures at Wall Mart or some store last week, and I wanted to tell him to go look up Satin Pumpkin on 3fatchicks, but thought better of it. If you had You Tube videos you would be very inspirational to a lot of people. You are that here also.
