So now I have to do it at the last minute, ugh. Procrastination is an art 
I drank a whole bunch but I am peeing so we'll see what the scale is gonna give me tomorrow morning.
How long are you staying there for? It's absolutely beautiful there! 
I visited Munich for a few days last September and very much enjoyed it! I'll be in the Bernese Oberland region for 8 days, then 1 day in Zurich before returning home. I've actually been there twice already, but I can't seem to get enough of the Alps.
It's been a long time since I've had ice cream, that sounds wonderful. The scale often jumps after hard workouts for me too, no worries. Keep at it! 
, maybe a candy bar or a meal out, around 2000-2200 calories.
Did your number go up like you expected it to? I hope not! Working out intensely is always great but weighing-in the next days is such a pain...
What kinds of workouts do you do?
