    Ate on plan and worked out....dreaming of a warm, sunny place where I can lay out in the sun, read a book and then go swimming!!! Best wishes for an on-plan day!!!

    1/20 238 (-2.6 total) I ate the same... nothing more and walked more steps than I have ever-since I started keeping track. carried 100 of plants from garage to back porch and did not lose. not even an oz BOOOOO
    1/21 237.8 (-2.8total) HARD FOUGHT! but I got something!
    1/22 238.4 (-2.2 total) shoot! and I was ON PLAN too!

  • Really unclear what's going on with my weight - eating is truly spot-on. I'm guessing monthly hormones, but I had a hysterectomy a few years ago and so really don't pay attention anymore (I kept my ovaries so still have the fluctuations). If that's the se I should see a big drop soon - and if it's not I'm not sure what to do. I'm going to stay the course through Monday.

  • Hi ladies hope all is going well! Down 2 lbs for this challenge! Hoping when AF finally leaves there will be a woosh because I have been such a good girl :P
