  • I weigh myself once a week, in the morning, before breakfast.

    Phase 1

    Egg white omlette w/ onion, green peppers, rf cheddar topped w/ salsa
    Glass of skim milk

    V8
    Kara's Beanie Brownie

    Steak (3oz)
    Cauliflower
    Green Beans
    Glass of skim milk

    Celery & cucumber w/ ranch
  • I weigh myself almost daily, which helps me deal with the weekly weigh in fluctuations (I'm always higher after a hard work out, salty foods, etc.). Always in the morning!

    B: egg foo young (last of the batch, darned it!)
    S: cheese stick (if necessary)
    L: black bean soup
    S: protein cheesecake (if necessary)
    D: not sure yet. Leftovers, maybe out since DH gone and I work til 7 with two kids.

    Oh, and I'm down about 2.5 lbs in a week. Not bad, although I know it's water weight with phase I.
  • B: 2 coffee w splenda (need to re-stock on stevia) & FF HnH
    2 protein cheesecakes

    S: LF yogurt

    L: I think there's a bit of LO black-eyed pea soup that still need's finishing
    Salad to go with the soup

    D: I'm not sure yet. My roommate was hinting about pizza and even sent a link full of healthy pizza recipes so that may be the plan. Although, I'm also thinking I need to do up a casserole of sorts seeing as I work both Sat & Sun and won't want to cook either night.

    Ended up having a turkey burger sans bun w a bit of ketchup and had my salad at dinner instead of lunch. A few endamame beans as well.

    Herbal tea w last bit of stevia.

  • B. Fibre one, almond milk and of course coffee
    L salad with cottage cheese
    S maybe a smoothie
    S chicken stir fry with bok choy, yellow pepper, onion bit of low salt soya sauce and rice vinegar, brown rice
    Glass or two wine

    Will walk for 45 minutes and lots of water during day
  • I'm starting Phase I tomorrow. I've done it before and I know it works. I get encouraged reading your posts. I just can't believe I let myself gain back some of the weight I lost. It does help knowing there are other people in the same boat as me.
