I hear you on the gym issues, Shea. I have always preferred to go to the gym after work, but my current schedule and job location and such actually make it easier for me to make myself go in the mornings. Dragging myself out to the car an hour early - especially when it's chilly out - is tough, but I like how the rest of the day at work I can feel the residual soreness to remind me that I did well.
