Hey, I think all of us runners understand the bathroom issue
On Sunday, I ran a very hilly 7.4 miles in a state park. By the end, I was sore! I felt a twinge in my knee and some discomfort in my foot that I injured several weeks ago. It went away overnight but I think I'll need to hold my long run at that if I continue to do it at the park.
Monday was a rest day.
Tuesday, I ran 5.4 miles afterwork. As I've said before, its hard for me to run after work but I do think I get a better run in compared to my early morning runs. So, I've decided to alternate.
This morning, I ran 5 miles.
So, I asked for some advice on another board about how to continue to better my time... I was told more miles which is what I thought. Actually doing so seems difficult though. I am just not sure if I have the energy
