  • Congrats to all who've done so well in Phase II!

    I have decided, after reading watdog's (Nancy's) posts that I will start weight and resistance training. I've been good with daily walks, but it's time to up the ante!

    Good Morning America had Jim Karas on last week and he showed some very easy moves to help tone all areas:

    I'm still in a bit of a stall mode, but am down another two pounds since my earlier post. I ate one less serving of carbs per day, and that's really helping. The additional exercise will now help tone and shape. I'm thrilled that the plan is so easy to follow and tweak as needed.

    What a great group of encouraging women!
    I have been on SBD since 6/9. I lost about 12# and then over the Fourth of July gained some back. A couple days on phase 1 again and it was off. I have been in phase 2 for a while and I do lose although slower. Exercise is key for me to keep losing. Also you find which carbs make you stall or gain. For me it's bread.

    I think I can do this for a life plan. I really don't crave the carbs like I used to and that is a small triumph!
