Might as well jump back in with both feet. I'm an old-timer (two years ago) who stopped hanging out here when I got pregnant. Now that I'm over the 300 mark and pretty annoyed with myself, I'm back.
So Labor day is 6 weeks away. My goal is not numeric (since I'm not quite sure how heavy I really am -- my scale gets weird above 305 or so). Instead, my goals are to:
- increase my intake of milk and water
- decrease my intake of soda and sweet tea
- decrease my fat/snack intake
- increase my veggie/fruit intake
- increase my daily activity level by walking more and taking the stairs at least once a day
- increase my weekly activity level by doing a special activity at least three times a week: aerobics, a long walk in the neighborhood, gardening, swimming
