    Dang, Raisingthemleft! We are the same height but boy do you carry it better! I wish I looked that good at 135!

    Huge difference, raisingthemleft, from 145 to 135 in your face! Wow. What a difference that 10 pounds made. Very interesting.

    This is a comparison I made for myself a few weeks ago. Before is around 142 a couple years ago, after is recently. I try not to weigh myself any more, but the last time I did I was around 112, so this is probably around a 30 pound difference--all thanks to calorie counting and half marathons!
