  • -64 pounds is an incredible achievement!
  • Quote: Yes, Liz, I get it....I have the same tendency to minimize my accomplishments. It helps me to write down my successes--not just in weight loss but in other things as well. It takes some doing, but I try to retrain myself to see through a glass brightly, rather than darkly. I hope we can both be better to ourselves. If it helps any, you inspire me! I hope I can lose 64 pounds this year!
Need to be more positive but not easy when your not use to thinking like that. And I don't think what I have lost in a year is enough to inspire anyone but thank you. You just have to keep trying and hope you lose something as any lost is good. Fingers cross to losing some more. Thanks.
  • Thank you everyone for the lovely comments.

Am not use to people saying nice things to me, thanks again.
  • 64 lbs in a year is amazing. It takes a 3,500 calorie change to lose one pound. 64 lbs equals 224,000 calories consumed less/exercised away in a year.

Creating a debt of 500 calories a day, every day for a year is an awesome feat and that would get 52lbs in a year. I think 64 is ideal and VERY impressive. Great work.
