  • Can we please use one of the existing threads to discuss alternatives?

Duplicate threads get very confusing and make info even more difficult to find (there are already THREE!)

There is also an entire thread devoted just to Quest bars

As you read through a long thread, open a word or notes document to keep track of info you want to find again, or click the post number to open just that post & bookmark it.
  • I ordered a bunch of items from Nashua, and really the only one I would order again is the chipotle crisps, in spite of researching everyone's favorites. The quest bars are really a go-to item for me, I really love the cinnamon roll ones and keep one in my car for emergencies.

On a side note regarding the other alternative threads, I find it easier to navigate the site with shorter threads.

    Lisa-
The threads that you linked above are so long and have been bumped a few times, so they are actually more confusing for me and maybe some other people as well than these short, current ones.

Everyone has a different learning style- I don't have a lot of time to search through old threads, so I really appreciate these that pop up, if my opinion matters.

I am on alternatives and would find it an absolute nightmare if I had to search through multiple small threads for particular info. Just pull up one of the existing threads and use the "search this thread" feature.
Some of us don't have time to check these boards continuously throughout the day. I have a job, a family, and responsibilities. When I do make the time the check the boards, it is helpful to go directly to the alternatives thread and look at new posts or comments that have been added. Same with the daily thread. If I want, or have time, I scan it for new info.
But 5 to 10 "new" single question threads about a single OFTEN DISCUSSED subject like alternatives is totally counterproductive.
Besides, multiple small threads about an often enjoyed topic makes it easier for some really good info to be lost or missed. I, for one, would hate to miss seeing important news about a new alternative product. If my opinion matters.

Since formulations are subject to changes at the whim of manufactures, IP switch ups and changes to the program are not unknown and coaching is inconsistent........ It can be quite frustrating to pull outdated info, ESP if there is a time crunch for some users.
After 5 days with my daughter, who has two young ones .. And is trying to do medifast ... , I've truly got to hand it to the young mothers and the working moms who strive to do this and need clarity on a guideline. When they only have a 42 second block of time... It's amazing they can get what they need to keep going on any given day.
