Wear a bra-less corset and shave your arms. I am not that hairy but I shave my arms once every two months or so. Always have and it takes 2 minutes while in the shower. No, mine did not get thicker.

Stop feeling sorry for yourself and start taking some action. Everything is fixable and you will be much happier with yourself.
