    I am up to 195 and feeling like I look 1*10^6 lbs. The mirrors at the gym today. ARGH!

  • Aghhh Chris! Keep up your gymwork and I'm sure you will get back down in no time! I don't suppose the gym would be impressed if you brought in some paint to cover those mirrors

    Sojo, I started the South Beach diet almost 3 weeks ago. It's GREAT! It really cuts back on the bad carbs. And I'm eating more vegetables than I used to. I only seem to have cravings once a week. Which was yesterday. I couldn't stop putting food in my mouth (although I DID stick to the allowed foods... until I shoved 8 sugar cookies down my gullet late last night).
    That pound has come back on... no surprise.
    I've been really lax with my water. I know when I feel hungry I'm just dehydrated.
