Thanks JerseyGyrl! I have the read the book. Knowing what to do and actually doing it are two very different things! lol. I love my carbs and after the first couple of days I always feel so horrible so I cheat and never go back. I know I need to plan ahead and have food prepared for when I am hungry (I am horrible for not eating all day and then I binge on anything I can get my hands on). Did really good today. Hoping I can keep it up. I have been researching recipes and look forward to doing some cooking

Believe me, I loved my carbs too ( I'm Italian ) but....I didn't love being 245 lbs. I've been doing Atkins a little over 9 years now and I can tell you it was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
I am a big fan of Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds dvd's and walking in general. Its a great form of exercise
